At the Ecodesign and Energy Labelling Consultation Forum held on 9 June 2023, stakeholders discussed the draft elements of the revised Regulation (EU) 327/2011.

<p>The Ecodesign and Energy Labelling consultation forum held on 9 June 2023, was to discuss with stakeholder draft elements of the revised Regulation (EU) 327/2011. The CRM act, the DPP standardisation request and repairability index for tumble dryers were also addressed.  </p>

<p>The European Commission has published the draft sustainability reporting standards, which supplement the Accounting Directive as amended by the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. It is open for feedback until 7 July 2023.</p>

Tumble dryers are the next product group for which the European Commission is proposing a reparability indicator, to be displayed in the bottom part of the EU Energy Label. It may serve as model for other product groups.

The European Commission published its proposal for a Critical Raw Materials Act on 20 March 2023. It aims to increase and diversify the EU’s supply of critical raw materials and includes new proposed requirements for cooling generators, heat pumps and electric motors.
