<p>After quite the substantial delay, the European Commission, and their contracted consultants from Trinomics, Oeko-Institut, and DTU, finalised and officially published the ‘Policy support for heating and cooling decarbonisation’ study.</p>

<p>The revision fits within the current Ecodesign Framework Directive 2009/125, and it looks to update the environmental data sets for the EcoReportTool. It also considers the possibility to include material efficiency aspects and of environmental footprint/ecological profile aspects. </p>
